Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return your online order within 20 days of delivery with your receipt.

Clothing Returns

  • All clothing returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Double D Ranch and Tasha Polizzi clothing:

    • Regular Price Items – 20-day return window from delivery date.

    • Discounted/Sale Items – Final sale, no returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, with all tags and original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Download and fill out our Online Order Return Form.

  2. Pack your item(s) securely, including the completed return form and your receipt.

  3. Ship your package to the address below:

Shipping Information

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
